Looks like it was carried around a long time. The binding flap closes into a pocket inside the front cover. Pages are in remarkably pristine condition, except for the last 1/4 of the book which has some water damage at the top of the pages. Minor pencil marks on top & bottom ends of pages. Couple of minor worm tracks.
